One Hundred Famous Views

I photographed and sketched the alleys near these locations in Denver. I think about the accumulation of divergent personal associations so many people have had over time with seemingly unremarkable places.  The weight of it makes theater. (photo transfer, oil on canvas, 18″x13″ 2009)
